Élyse is a bilingual urban planner and a finishing PhD Candidate in Planning at the University of Toronto. Her research focuses on the intersection of transportation planning and accessibility, with particular attention to the experiences of people with disabilities. She examines the accessibility of various transportation modes by analyzing both service delivery and user experiences, and translates findings into policy recommendations that promote equitable and inclusive mobility.”

 

In her professional work, Élyse contributed to a range of public and private sector projects in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, including major transit station area studies, transit-oriented developments, and development applications.
