Simontika Chowdhury

Simontika is a Research Assistant with the Engineering Health team at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Guelph. She is a hardworking and self-motivated individual who aspires to research the engineering aspects of the biological systems of humans and animals with life scientists, chemists, and medical scientists in the future. She is actively researching and coordinating the execution of two projects titled “Improving Accessibility of our National Parks” and “Emergency Evacuation for individuals with disabilities.
